Two DNS & ISP lines in one Web Server?

Hi!. Please enlighten me. My client was asking me this (let me summarize): –
They have one existing www.xyz.com sitting on one ISP line. Then intend to have www.123.com sitting on another ISP line. In addition, this two sites are to sit into one Web Server. In this possible to configure?
