Two NIC’s on the Server 2003 for using as Terminal Server

We have a DSL with and VPN to another Company that the Local IP 10.6.1.1 is the gateway to brouse in a particular site. A PDC is 10.6.1.5 and a second server 2003 that has Terminal Server Install on 10.6.1.4. Now I want to use the second NIC on the terminal server to assing a separate DSL and public static IP and used this connection to connect to terminal server and when the terminal server is connected browse throw the 10.6.1.1 network.
Please Help Me.
