Two questions

My first query: A user on a desktop in our firm is running Outlook 2000. Our server runs Microsoft Exchange 5.5 under Windows NT 4.0. Whenever she prints an email by clicking on the printer icon, or by choosing File > Print inside the body, she getsan extra form feed. Whenever she chooses File > Print inside the email, it prints properly, without the extra sheet. How do I solve this problem.

Also, our Outlook Web Access crashes netinfo whenever anyone dials in. It authenticates fine, but as soon as the user reaches a mailbox, opens an email and tries to answer or forward it, FTP and Web Publishing go down on the server and a Dr. Watson message appears about Netinfo. ??????
