TWO SBS SERVER ONE ROUTER

HI,

Is it possible to connect two separate networks using sbs 2003 in one router for internet access?

our cisco router 1841 have two lan ports.

what i have to do
to connect the servers in one router and the same time can share file between the networks??

please help………
