two wireless networks

We have two wireless networks let us call it as A1 and B1
now when i am connected on Network A1 i am able to browse the net(www)and are able to do regular work with ease.

when i am connected on network B1 i am not able to browse the net(www),and at the bottom left of the
screen it says trying to connect 1.0.0.0 and after few seconds it says “page cannot be displayed”,
but…but …but my MSN and YAHOO Messenger works fine on B1 ,the B1 is completely on laptops.

where do you think the problem might be?
