Ubuntu 8 LTSP on a NT4.0 domain

So my company is making us in IT come up with new ideas with a budget of $0.00

So we’ve decided maybe Ubuntu 8 LTSP will work in booting our workers workstations to the server. But our management/support workstations will be still using Win XP and connecting to a NT4 domain. How can I make both of them to work in our network as one. Even getting LTSP to work is hard to get my head wrap around that.

Purpose:Old PIII computers resuse instead of buying new ones and using a server to revive them.
