Ubuntu Server 8.10 vs Windows Home Server

How would you compare Windows Home Server to your Ubuntu Server 8.10 setup? What are the pitfalls and what are the advantages, other than price? I prefer to use GUI, does Ubuntu Server 8.10 have the capability to use one?
