UDMA verification

reply my qestions.
I have TOSHIBA PC EQUIUM 3200M, Pentium II 600 Mhz, GVC motherboard with chipset DR738.
Please tell me who is the manufacturer of this chipset and how I can get updated drivers. Also the PCI bus muster IDE Controller is Intel 82371AB/EB.
In the system/device manager/disk drives I have not indication of my HDD which is Western Digital WD102AA, but only GENERIC IDE DISK TYPE 47 and in Hard disk controllers is “Primary IDE controller (dual fifo)”, not any indication for UDMA66
