Unable to attach .mdf and TransactionLogFile to SQL Server 2008

I am encountering a problem while I try to attach a .mdf and TransactionLogFile in SQL server 2008. When I click on Attach ? This is the error that I get in error message box – TITLE: Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio—Cannot show requested dialog. —ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Parameter name: nColIndex Actual value was -1. (Microsoft.SqlServer.GridControl). I login using Administrators Account having full access privileges. Kindly reply as soon as possible.
