unable to browse my server shared foldres what is the issue?

Hi this is dhinesh am using windoes server2003 few days back accidentally dlelte the ou from active directory after that we will get the ou from the backup system state after that we can’t to access our server and shared folders, but we can browse via ip address to the servr and shared folders. What is the issue please can you pepole provide any solution for this issue.
