Unable to Browse Network

I don’t understand Win98. I have installed my NIC and it works poperly. I now install Client for Microsoft Networks and NETBEUI. Everything seems to be working. I see a link from my computer to the hub. I can ping each computer from itself, butI cannot ping any other computers. When browsing Network Neighborhood, I am given an “unable to browse network” error.

What am I doing wrong?
