Unable to browse network

I am running a 4 pc network. 3 with win98 and one with 2000 (it is not a server). One of the win98 machines will see the other systems on the network but when you double click on one in network neighborhood, it will say that the system is unaccessable. I double checked on all of the pc’s and they are sharing their hard drives. File and Printer Sharing is setup. I am running a simple ipx/spx network. I do have tcp/ip installed and tied to the network card as well but it is just for a printer.
