Unable to browse!

In IE 6.0, unable to go to Google or Yahoo. etc., but will redirect to as.starware.com./search. Unable to locate any associated files or executables for this redirection. How do I prevent this redirection and prevent in the future. We are a school district governed by policies and internet filters (access to Starware site is blocked as spyware).
