Unable to configure broadband in windows 200 server.

We have a windows 2000 server as the member server. we want to make it a proxy server only for few pcs. we have a broad band connection. the connection is working fine winth a windows xp prof installed computer. But i am unable to configure the broadband with windows 2000. Plese tell me the steps.
