Unable to connect to IP if dailup open

We have the server Wipro Net Power – 3110 with the following NIC & IPS Intel 82558(IP 191.191.191.2, Subnet-255.255.255.0,DGW-191.191.191.1,DNS-191.191.191.1)
IntelPro (IP-190.190.190.2,Subnet-255.255.255.0,D.GW-190.190.190.1,DNS-191.191.191.1)and we are using modem on com port to connect to internet. Recently we removed the intelpro card, from then onward if we are using the modem for browsing others workstations are unable to connect to server IP-191.191.191.2.; How can we solve the problem ?
