Unable to excess XP (Professional) client from Win 2K Advance Server

I have Windows 2000 Advance Server while i have installed Windows XP Professional with SP2 on one of my client. This client is member of that server’s domain. But Im unable to excess the XP Client from Server while i can excess the server from XP client. I think there will be any local policy in XP which is not allowing server to excess it. Please can anyone tell me how to resolve this problem.
