UNABLE TO EXPORT REPORT

Hi;

We have been using a legacy application with VB and MS-SQL 2000. Reports are run on Crystal Report. Now, the OS has changed from Win 2k to Win XP. I have a problem in exporting the report. The data opens up correctly in crystal report. But when i want to export to EXCEL or to PDF i am getting a problem.

Other problem is when i am printing data from crystal report to PDF, the PDF automatically opens and every print opens up and then closes.
