Unable to find Domain

I have several machines that when they reboot they cannot locate the domain. I can go to the school and ping the LAN, WAN, and the pdc.

I have increased the NT Cals on the server, but still get the error on the local machine.

Has anyone else ever experienced this problem?? If so what did you do to correc it??
