Unable to install Win server 2003

Hi,
I am not able to install windows server 2003 standard(or)enterprise edition in my notebook.Mine is Pentium Mobile,512MB.Installation freezes when there is 34 min remaining to complete the installation.i was able to install server 2000.Can soneone help me solve this issue?
