Unable to join a PC to a domain

Hi I have a Win 2003 Server, when i m trying to join a PC to the Domain its gives error ‘The following error occured while attempting to join the domain’ “Access denied”.
My windows Firewall is disabled, but still i get the error inspite my ID have a domain admin rights.
