Unable to login MSN Messanger

Recently I am having problem connecting to MSN messenger, I am not sure what wrong with it. I never had problems connecting to MSN messenger
ITs working fine XP system but not in 2003 servers

When I try to connect, I keep on having 80048820 error and then i click on Troubleshoot and it begins “Basic Internet Connectivity Tests”, it get stuck on “Key ports”.

Any help will be great
