unable to ping in network to any pc

i am new so help me i was surfing the net and doing my work also suddenly its get disconnected from the network it is not pinging to any pc’s and not able to connect to the internet but it is showing that the local area is connected but i unable to ping

i disable the network card and enable
i repair the network card
i disable the firewall
i check for the virus but i didn’t receive the virus
i tracert the ip but it shows request time out
i reinstall the drivers
i ping the loopback address

but than also it doesn’t work what may be problem please suggest me as soon as possible
