UNABLE TO PING USING TWO NICS

Dear Sir!
I have one server with ten client, 1 switch.
The server uses win2k adv.
I have 2 nics on this server, after configuring
2 nics i have problem:

Nic one:
ip 192.168.0.65
subnet 255.255.255.192
gateway 192.168.0.65

Nic two:
ip 192.168.0.129
subnet 255.255.255.192
gateway 192.168.0.65

Lan on Nic one: 192.168.0.66
192.168.0.71

Lan on Nic two: 192.168.0.129
192.168.0.134

server and client can not see each other .
server ping to client is ok.
but client ping to server is timeout.
PlS help me the solution for this problem.
