Unable to Recieve SMTP mail in Exchance 2003

I have read every SMTP related post here that I can find and I’m still not figuring this problem out.

I have an SBS2003 box with Exchange 2003. I have an SMTP connector running, my MX records are setup at godadd.com. I think the MX records are correct. I am unable to recieve inbound mail, but can send mail just fine. Inbound messages are bounced back with a message regarding being unable to maintain an SMTP connection to the server. I am unable to telnet on port 25 to the server from the internet, LAN, or even the server itself. Windows firewall is disabled. I’m truly at a loss.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
