Unable to remove PeerTblEntry

Software Version: ASA Version 7.2(4)

I have a VPN setup between 2 devices. Occasionally (about once a week) I get the following errors
from the router:
Removing peer from peer table failed, no match!
Error: Unable to remove PeerTblEntry

When I get these errors the VPN goes down and I must restart the router to once again gain
connectivity with the remote site via the VPN and local routing.

Is there a command(s) to clear the errors (I am assuming to clear the PeerTblEntry) and
reestablish the VPN without restarting? Or is there a fix for my issue entirely?
