Unable to see connection in Cisco Network Assistant 5.4

I was hoping that someone would be able to help me out with this. I am using the Cisco Network Assistant v5.4 and I have one cluster of switches that show up on my community but they do not show the link between my main DC and where they are located. All other switches show the link. The switch in my DC is a 4506 and the cluster that I am having the issue with are 3 3560Gs. Any info would be appreciated.
