we are monitoring network resources thru VPN, unable to see lan printer on the list, it has been replaced by another printer and replaced printer has same name, ID# etc..fully functional and accessible for local people thru lan printing; however, unable to see remotely. All network settings, hardware connections, IP address are correctly configured.
SOMETHING HAS TO DO WITH PORTS OR FIREWALL TO MONITOR IT REMOTELY, AND WHAT HAS TO BE DONE ON CLIENT SIDE??
