unable to see other servers in Workgroup

HI I have several 2k3 servers which belong to a workgroup. They can ping each other.

what am I missing?

I have seen other bullitens about this but have not been able to see a solution.

my primary goal is to get perfmon to run on one server viewing these other servers.
