Unable to send mail outbound on an Exchange server

Hi,

When trying to send mail out to the Internet on my Exchange 2003 server the messages just sit in the queue with the retry status and don’t seem to move from there. I think I have configured the SMTP connector correctly. I have used Telnet to send the email manually but the mail just sits in the queue.

I can receive mail.

Any Ideas?
