Unable to Sync contacts on my Blackberry when synchronized wirelessely

Hi , I am Raghav

I Have a friend using Blackberry
He Performs a wireless sync for all the items like mails, memo pads, contacts etc

When synchronized wirelessely, all the items except contacts are synchronized
