Unable to view projects in PWA

I am unable to view projects in PWA, Project Server 2003. It shows the project as being uploaded to the system, but when you select the project it gives you the error “There is no information to display in this view. Either the project manager has not published the project plan or there is no information in the project plan to display.” Any ideas?
