unable to write raw data: disk is full

I am using w2k server to perform collect data from 24 windows 9x clients. Sometimes the i receive the following error.

Unable to write raw data. disk is full

I have checked disk quota and disk space and everything is fine. I receive the following error only with this certain application. We didnt start seeing this error until we moved into the new building. In the old building we had NT Server 4.0 collecting the data from the windows 9x clients and never received the stated error.
I would appreciate any insight into this matter. Thanks
