Hi,could someone please advise with regards to the below issue.
I am unable to receive messages over 3.5mb, the sender receives the following message.
This is an automatically generated Delivery Status Notification.
Delivery to the following recipients failed.
name.surname@aaa.aaa
Final-Recipient: rfc822;name.surname@aaa.aaa

X-Display-Name: name surname
I’ve check the default message delivery properties and the max send & receive message size is 5120k, I’ve set my account not to use the default and set my max send & receive size to 10240k,there after I restarted the exchange server, but this still does not work,still unable to receive mails larger than 3mb,the attachments are normally jpg,doc & xls.
Your advise would be highly appreciated.
