undo denied access to fax service

Is there anyway to reverse (undo) the deny “manage fax service” for the group “everyone”. in Fax service management? Because the denials take preference to allowance, we can’t make any changes in the normal fashion. Access is denied. My client didn’t relalize that “everyone” included all administrators, they though that it was everyone else. The fax service doesn’t even show up in “remove windows comonents” now.
