Unemployed and changing careers.

I am unemployed from the Automotive industry, and went back to school for IT Security. The career change is two fold. One is auto industry will not be what it once was. Two I injuried my back and cannot lift or walk like I use to be able to. Is there a good place to look for IT work? I have my resume’ on Dice, not having much luck there. I am in my third year of college.
