Unexpected login error

I’m using Novell client on one of my NT servers, but when I’m trying to login I got an “unexpected login error : status 3221225874” and after that the logon as NT workstation window where none of my passwords seems to work. So basically I can’t startup that server to see what could be wrong at all.
