unexpected shut down

User’s PC running Win 98 has been shutting down on it’s own at precisely 12 noon. I have checked the power management settings, nothing obvious there that would cause this. This happens regardless of what applications are running (today it was Outlook & Excel) or if nothing is running at all. Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks!
