Unhappy with my current user interface

It has been a long weekend and I am tired. Currently if I want to make my PC do something I have to use my keyboard and/or mouse. I am finding this to be quite cumbersome today. I wonder if someone knows of a program that would allow me to just think about what I want my computer to do and it will just do it. This is an urgent matter.
