Unidentified Proxy Server

I installed the evaluation copy Proxy Server 2 on NT4 SP5. All seems OK except when I try to access Proxy Server I get an error dialogue as follows.

Proxy authentication required for unidentified proxy server at :

Name:
Password:

I am able to carry out all configuration via ISM and all services are running.
I can’t see where I have gone wrong
