Uninstall dual boot win98 and win2k

I have installed both OS on separate partitions and now want to remove the Win 98 SE. It is on c drive and win2k is on L drive. How do I remove win98 and change the drive letter for Win2k? Also I want to convert the win98 partition to a extended partition so I can use this space for files etc.
