Uninstall problem wireless broadband dialer

I can not uninstall a wireless broadband dialer in windows 98se, the error message says ‘unable to find the installation directory’

The program is for Xtra wireless broadband.

The program was uninstalled useing the add remove programs in the control panel.

But when i try to install the program it wants to uninstall the program first which I try to do but it comes up with ‘unable to find the installation directory’
Have tried the windows uninstaller cleaner but no luck, also tried a reg cleaner, no luck also.
