Uninstalling Windows NT 40/Windows ME

I have a laptop which has windows NT 4.0 installed on it initially. I then installed Windows ME on the laptop and now I recieving alot of errors. I want uninstall windows NT and ME and start from scratch. what are the directories/Files I need to delete?
