Unload rtvscan from netware console

I have clients who use CA’s Arcserve to backup Netware servers. Symantec’s Norton Antivirus CE realtime protection running during the backup causes problems. I need to run a pre and post command to unload and reload NAV when doing a backup. VPREMOVE will not unload NAV while the monitor is active. Is there a way to unload NAV CE realtime protedtion from the console?
