unresolved items with activesync

After syncing my pocket pc with my PC, I have an unresolved item in my Calendar. I have done all the quick fixes like soft reset on the Pocket PC, changing sync rules, and restating my PC. Nothing seems to resolve it. I also reinstalled the activesync version as well. Any ideas?
