unwanted app uninstaller for mac

What kind of uninstaller software I should use as I want a one stop solution to uninstall all unwanted applications in my mac. I visited Advanced Uninstall Manager, and after seeing its specifications I think it is best for me. If anyone has used it then please share your views.
