Updating Antivirus Program to WinNT 4.0

We are planning in updating our current InoculateIT antivirus program with McAfee GroupShield. I’d like to know if this is a good choice. I’ve looked around, and found the Norman Virus Control, Norton Antivirus, and Panda to be just as good. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
