upgrade drivers

I am trying to upgrade by (1)bios, definitions, (2)cpu and motherboard drivers for (3)VIA motherboards and soya and miscellaneous. Also Drivers such as Bus drivers, (4)USB drivers and find older CPU’s and fast pace (5)memory. Can you help? and give me specific details where to go to find these and also the procedure to uprgrade these the best way.
