Upgrade hard drive now I can’t get a raid to run

I recently upgrade Windows Server 2003 SBS on a Dell Poweredge running a raid 1 on 2 80GB harddrives to 250GB hard drives. Partitioned as 80GB and the rest as the logical 170GB. Problem is now the server boots and runs fine but it will not replicate the second drive. Any help would be appreciated.
