Upgrade NT4.0 to Win2K Server?

Can someone help me find good documentation on upgrading my PDC and BDC servers from NT4.0 to Windows 2000 Server? I manage a simple network. It consist of single domain with a PDC and a BDC and about 60 workstations. The main functions of the servers are file and print and server based applications. Thanks for any help.
