Upgrade Windows Server 2000 to 2003

Hi everyone,

I recently moved from Exchange 2000 to Exchange 2007. Now I want to demote my old Windows Server 2000 Domain Controller. But I realised that there are 2 important services running. The Certificate Authority and Terminal Server Licensing. I know that I can not move Terminal Server Licences from 2000 to an other Windows Server 2003. But what if I upgrade my DC 2000 to 2003 ? How it will affect those 2 services ?
